Khons.co enables users to:

• Access and chat with multiple AI models from various providers.
• Compare AI responses side by side.
• Switch between different AI models in real-time.

Khons is a third-party interface that connects to AI models through their public or authorized APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and others). We do not host, own, or control these AI models.

2. Eligibility and Use

To use Khons, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Use the platform only for lawful and ethical purposes.
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service.
• Not use Khons to generate or share illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user who violates these Terms.

3. Third-Party AI Models

Khons acts as an intermediary, routing your input ("prompts") to AI providers' APIs and displaying their responses.

• Each AI model's outputs are generated by the model's provider, not by Khons.
• We do not review, moderate, or control these outputs.
• Responses may contain inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate content.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI responses are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• Khons is not responsible for any damages, losses, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• Each provider's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply when using their model through Khons.

4. Accounts and Security

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

Khons reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, security breaches, or violations of these Terms.

5. Data and Privacy

By using Khons, you agree that we may collect limited technical and usage data to operate and improve the platform.

• We do not sell or share user data with third parties for advertising purposes.
• AI conversations may be temporarily logged for debugging, performance, and feature improvement — anonymized where possible.

6. Intellectual Property

The Khons platform, design, branding, and code are owned by Khons, Inc.

You retain ownership of your input prompts and conversations.

By using Khons, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content as needed to operate the service.

AI-generated responses are owned or licensed by the underlying model provider and may have usage restrictions based on their policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Khons, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.

You use Khons at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your use of any AI output.

8. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

We may also revise these Terms as our platform evolves. Continued use of Khons after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Khons at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the platform or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.
